Joining part of a small, close-knit team, we are looking for a Reserves Officer to organise and carry out practical management, lead volunteer tasks, monitor and survey habitats and species, and raise the profile of the Wildlife Trust in the local area. Applicants should have a qualification in biological / environmental science or countryside management and a good understanding of wildlife and nature conservation. We are looking for someone with thorough practical habitat management and biological survey and monitoring experience, as well as that of managing and handling livestock.
