Inform and advise the organization on indigenous peoples’ policy positions and needs related to biodiversity, climate change adaptation and mitigation.  Work with organization’s Social Policy and Practice Program in the Center for Environment and Peace(CEP) policy team to advise the organization on policy positions to indigenous peoples (IP) and climate change, particularly Reduced Emissions from Deforestation and Degradation (REDD+).  Educate indigenous audiences on organization’s policy positions and work to increase level of understanding within the institution on IP issues.  Attend global conservation corridors meetings and appropriate REDD talks.  Produce briefing documents on IP and climate change issues....
