As well as taking the lead in Saving Nature, the RSPB has a goal of connecting people, especially children, with nature. As part of our visitor experience team, you will assist with the delivery of our learning programmes to visiting school children. Together with a learning officer, seasonal learning assistants and volunteers, you will inspire around 4,500 school children each year across our Sussex nature reserves - Pulborough Brooks, Pagham Harbour and Medmerry. Whilst your primary objective will be to deliver our schools on reserves activities you will also support the wider visitor experience and assist with our programme of informal learning activities, especially family events and self-guided trails. In addition to proven experience in a learning environment, you'll be a passion
