Overview

The Chagos Conservation Trust (CCT) promotes and conducts scientific and historical research and environmental conservation work in the Chagos (British Indian Ocean Territory – BIOT), the world’s largest fully-protected marine reserve.

CCT now wishes to expand its work and is looking for a high calibre candidate, willing to take ownership of building the organisation and moving CCT forwards.  The person will report to and be responsible to the Trustees of CCT.

• If you are interested in furthering marine conservation, promoting CCT policies and mission, and conserving the Chagos environment.
• Have a degree or relevant professional qualification and experience.
• Are willing to work in or close to London for a salary up to £40,000 pa, depending on experience.
