This is a role for someone who can bring experience to a successful media team, who will be able to develop media stories with high impact using creativity to turn communications priorities into compelling copy accurately and to often tight deadlines. The postholder will work closely with media-facing teams, dealing with a wide range of stories from across the RSPB. This will involve planning and delivering media relations activities that secure coverage in key print, broadcast and online news outlets as well in technical and specialist media in support. Candidates should be educated to degree level, have excellent communication and networking skills and at least three years relevant experience.
