Would you like to live on-site at Weeting Heath, an area that has NNR, SSSI, SAC and SPA designations? We have a role for a Summer Warden to undertake species protection (stone curlews), management of the Visitor Centre, ecological surveys and estate work. The experience gained at Weeting Heath has assisted many previous post holders to progress to posts with the Wildlife Trusts, Natural England, RSPB, local authorities and research institutions. This exciting post is from 13th March until 15th September 2017, and accommodation is provided for the contract period. The post is for 6 days a week, normally including weekends and Bank Holidays, from 13th March to the end of July; reducing to a 5-day week in August until 15th September. The remuneration for this post is £7.50 per hour.
