The post holder will be based at NWT East Wretham Heath Reserve, in Norfolk, and will have the opportunity to work at other NWT reserves within the Brecks and Fens including Weeting Heath, Thompson Common and Wissey Wetlands, a habitat creation scheme in the Fens. The Reserves Assistant will be expected to undertake a variety of tasks, including habitat & species management, infrastructure maintenance, and using a variety of machinery. The post presents the opportunity to work on some of the county’s most important wildlife sites, and develop valuable skills in the management of nature reserves and their visitors.
