We are seeking to appoint a full-time community engagement officer to involve local people in habitat network projects associated with the Ayrshire wildlife reserves.  Key to this is the support of existing conservation volunteer groups and the growth of participation in this area.  The post holder will work with neighbours and partners to deliver habitat enhancement projects as well as organise fun activities of interest to a wide range of people.  They will be expected to use every available media to publicise events, activities and news.
