This position will support both the work of Ocean Conservancy and Cascadia Law Group on the issue of ocean acidification, with a focus on supporting the ongoing development of the International Ocean Acidification Alliance (described above and at www.oaalliance.org). The fellow’s duties will cover a range of responsibilities, including: helping shape program strategies and tactics; preparing communications and outreach materials in support of various program elements and different audiences; preparing research and policy papers as needed; participating in stakeholder recruitment and engagement; and organizing and attending events and meetings related to supporting Alliance member countries, states, cities, tribes and affiliates.
