Brecknock Wildlife Trust is a small but innovative Welsh wildlife charity responsible for delivering a range of biodiversity and environmental community engagement projects throughout the county.

We are seeking a Project Officer to support the delivery of our exciting new ‘Wild Communities’ project on a full time fixed term contract until 4th October 2018.

The project is about helping people in the Upper Tawe Valley area who are in need of assistance to improve their employability skills and/or people who suffer from poor health and well-being. We aim to engage local people with their natural environment, encourage them to learn to care for it and to take action to improve it for wildlife, in doing so they will benefit by gaining new skills.
