We need an inspiring person to join our reserves team in Dorset. Leading teams of volunteers you will assist with delivery of our estates work and small scale habitat management across this inspiring and diverse county.
With your enthusiasm and experience you will help lead and inspire the reserves team in Dorset delivering a varied work programme across our 10 reserves.
You should have a proven track record of working with volunteers and have excellent practical skills, with a background in conservation or land management.
