Our residential volunteering programme involves over 600 volunteers annually mainly living and working on 42 of our reserves across the UK. Quite simply our reserves could not function without the time and talents of these dedicated volunteers. This role will support the Residential Volunteering Development Officer in leading and developing this volunteering programme for the RSPB.
