The Social Specialist will be a member of the TFT Team Work, and focus on social issues related to Forest, Mills and Palm Oil Estate Management in Indonesia. The Ideal Candidate is comfortable training Company Staff (both at HQ level and Field level) on implementation of Free, Prior, Informed Consent (FPIC), Conflict Prevention, Conflict Resolution, and Development of Social Management Plans. Strong writing skills are also required as the position will involve writing reports and proposals for TFT Business and Donor clients.
