Position Overview: Reporting to the Senior Director, Institutional Solutions, the Senior Officer will recommend solutions for a variety of complex challenges in several areas. First, the Senior Officer will work to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Pew’s processes, operating model, organizational structure, and functions. Secondly, the Senior Officer will play a lead role in managing the annual operations planning process, including working with Pew’s seven Senior Vice Presidents to develop individual department plans. Finally, the Senior Officer will also direct and lead the team in one-time special strategic initiatives such as the analysis of Pew’s operating model or the strategic re-alignment of resources and functions.
