POSITION SUMMARY Trout Unlimited's Alaska Program seeks an energetic, reliable self-starter with strong outreach and communication skills to build a broad community of southeast Alaskans ready to speak up for trout and salmon habitat conservation. The ideal candidate has a love for and knowledge of Southeast Alaska, an interest in fishing and/or hunting, a strong background in public outreach and grassroots organizing, and demonstrated skills in using communication tools and tactics to educate and involve stakeholders. The right person will work well both independently and as part of a team, including staff, volunteers and partner organizations across the state.
