Working as a regional team member providing a functional support role to staff who manage volunteers, you will help to embed our volunteering strategy across the organisation. You will be working to develop staff confidence and competence in managing volunteers to consistently excellent standards, as well as seeking out brand new opportunities to involve volunteers in our work.
