We are seeking a Training & Development Manager who can drive the development agenda, develop the learning infrastructure and support all of our people to perform at their best.  This is an opportunity to build upon the framework that is in place and to deliver against the strategic priorities in our People plan. The successful candidate will have a wealth of experience and a proven track record in delivering the development framework, engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. Ideally you will have experience of working in a multi-site organisation and with a diversity of roles.
