We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to undertake research and the technical laboratory aspects of WWT’s wildlife health programmes. Duties will include day to day support of the Ecosystem Health Unit’s research work, diagnostic screenings of biological samples as part of WWT’s wildlife and wetland health management, coordinating surveillance programmes, help in maintenance of animal health records and some analyses and reporting of these data. The successful candidate will be an excellent team worker; hold a degree or equivalent in a biological science or laboratory skills; have excellent communication (written and oral) and coordination skills; and be familiar with data management and Microsoft Word and Excel.
