Position Description: We are offering a position for a person with first-hand experience in planning and executing ecotourism projects in Central or Western Africa. The applicant will work in a rural area in the vicinity of the southern part of Salonga National Park, Democratic Republic of Congo and shall communicate preliminary results and options at the interface between local communities with traditional ownership of the area planned to host the prospective ecotourism site and the project. The potential implementation of future ecotourism will have economic, social, cultural, and environmental consequences.
