Our wetland centre at Martin mere, in Lancashire, hosts up to 200,000 visitors every year and is now looking for two enthusiastic individuals to join its expanding grounds team.  The roles will include responsibility both for the presentation and welfare of the animal collection and the upkeep and maintenance of the horticultural aspects of the grounds.  Successful candidates will show an expertise in either animal management or horticulture, or both, and an aptitude for visitor engagement. The position is varied, interesting and calls for a practical approach grounded in experience competence.   You will bring a range of knowledge and skills, be organised with excellent communication skills and be able to show an active interest in the conservation movement.
