This is a new and very exciting opportunity. Reporting to the Trust Manager, you will be responsible initially for the Development (First) Phase of the 'Conserving Coniston & Crake' Project over a period of one year. Subject to the success of this phase, and to performance review, the post will continue into the three-year Delivery Phase.
The Project Development Officer’s role is to prepare and submit a successful Second Phase application to HLF. This will involve a very wide range of tasks: planning practical conservation projects (with all associated permissions and licences), community engagement, volunteer recruitment and training, working with schools, and audience development.
