We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced estate worker with a solid grounding in horticulture to join us at Upton Country Park on a 1 year, fixed-term basis. The team has responsibility for maintaining a walled garden, formal landscaped garden and extensive borders, implementing a wide range of Countryside Management activities and developing new projects within the park, including landscape works, biodiversity, promoting informal countryside recreation and community involvement. You will enjoy working with and leading volunteers, be confident dealing with the public and play a key role in taking forward the team objectives.
