We are offering: a two- year grant funded developmental fellowship with the Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Team at The Nature Conservancy, with a focus on North America. Primary responsibilities will include: project management of a new staff exchange fellowship program involving new partnerships between the Conservancy and community based non-profit organizations; support for development and piloting of guidelines for equitable urban conservation and gender equitable conservation; draft written and other media based materials about these programs and projects for use with grantors, donors and internal communications.
