We are looking for two team leaders with excellent organisation and communication skills to head up the stoat eradication operation for the Orkney Native Wildlife Project. You must be experienced in delivering non-native species eradications on the ground and understand the requirements of such a large-scale project. You must have knowledge of mustelid biology and behaviour and practical experience of trapping and tracking them. You will have the confidence and ability to inspire trust and support for the project, and an ability to win over hearts and minds and motivate people. You should also have experience of working with local communities in a collaborative and sensitive way.
