We are looking for an experienced and innovative Inspiring People Officer to join our team at Stirley Community Farm. The post holder will have a flare for developing and delivering exciting and engaging activities and education sessions, all with a particular focus on local food growing and farming for wildlife. In addition our ideal candidate will have a good understanding that volunteers are at the heart of the operation and of safeguarding best practice and legislation as well as excellent communication skills. This post is subject to DBS clearance at enhanced level.
