Audubon Zoo is currently seeking an experienced, motivated, and innovative professional to grow our Primate Team while we take on some exciting challenges together. Over the last 18 months the team has facilitated seven great ape transfers, is actively managing a newly introduced 1.3 Western Lowland Gorilla troop, and in the coming months will begin managing introductions for a new 1.3 Sumatran Orangutan group; all with breeding recommendations.  The ideal candidate will have a strong team work ethic, a willingness to develop in this profession, and a passion for best practice husbandry.  The primates under our care consist of a variety of species ranging from Great Apes to Prosimians.  This is a newly added position that will be instrumental in helping the team, the animals, and Audub
