The Orkney Native Wildlife Project is looking for someone with a passion for teaching and outdoor learning to help us protect Orkney's native wildlife. You will also have experience of working with local communities in a collaborative and sensitive way. We need an effective and creative communicator with experience of delivering outdoor education as well as classroom-based sessions. You will also have experience of designing curriculum-based activities ideally involving nature or the environment and turning complex subject areas into fun and engaging learning. Key to the role will be setting up and facilitating a Young Rangers youth group to become ambassadors for Orkney's native wildlife to ensure the legacy of the project as well as experience training and supporting teachers.
