The RSPB are looking for a Philanthropy Development Manager to join our successful and ambitious Philanthropy Team. You'll be responsible for identifying individuals to engage with from within our current supporter base (helped by our data team) and then beyond it, through research, networking, and events. Relationship building is key for this role, with supporters naturally, but also with colleagues across the organisation, including fellow fundraisers and other income revenue teams, reserve staff, and programme and conservation team members. Experience of organising events is desirable, as this will become an important part of the engagement mix with this group of supporters. A good understanding of data protection and good judgement around reputational risk is also key for this
