We’re looking for someone with the experience to develop a sustainable business model for a peat and pesticide free nursery, the drive to bring their plans to life, and a passion for growing and wildlife gardening that they can share with volunteers and visitors. Through growing native wildflowers for habitat restoration, and non-native wildlife-friendly garden plants for public sale, the nursery will contribute to habitat restoration across Cumbria and generate income that can be reinvested in conservation. 35 hours per week. Based at Gosling Sike, Houghton, Carlisle.
