The Conservation Program Analyst staffs the Richland County Conservation Commission and is responsible for the day-to-day conduct of the Commission’s conservation and historic grants program, conservation easement program, managing the Commission’s meetings and general support of the Richland County Conservation Department’s activities. The Conservation Program Analyst works under the direct supervision of the Richland County Conservation Department Director and regularly interacts and communicates with local, state and federal government officials, other professionals, other County departments, Council Members and the general  public.
