HeadWaters Land Conservancy (HWLC) serves 11 counties in northeastern Michigan. Our 4-person staff currently protects over 12,000 acres consisting of 93 conservation easements and 7 preserves. The Stewardship & Outreach Ambassador will create programs to educate youth in our service area, help expand our volunteer engagement programs, and increase our stewardship activities.
