Azura is recruiting for an Environmental Specialist to work with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) Greater Atlantic Regional Field Office (GARFO). The Environmental Specialist will support the NMFS GARFO Protected Resources Division (PRD) and/or Habitat and Ecosystem Services Division (HESD). The PRD is responsible for the implementation of the Endangered Species Act (ESA) and Marine Mammal Protection Act (MMPA) and covers protected marine mammals, sea turtles, Atlantic salmon, Atlantic sturgeon, and shortnose sturgeon from Maine to Virginia. The HESD assesses the potential impacts of development activities from Maine to Virginia on marine, estuarine, or diadromo
