Greet guests and interfaces with animal care staff during Wild Encounter experiences.

Primary Job Functions
#1 - Host Wild Encounter Experiences
  • Ensure that all Wild Encounters have needed paperwork.
  • Greets Wild Encounter guests and goes over expectations.
  • Actively communicates with animal care staff as needed to ensure safe, positive experience.
  • Understands and follows each animal area’s Standard Operating Procedures for Wild Encounters.
  • Update and maintain interpretive Standard Operating Procedures for Wild Encounters.
  • Submits all Wild Encounter paperwo
