On our degree you will have the opportunity to study conservation ecology, evolution and development biology. This degree focuses upon animal identification and survey techniques, accompanied by the analytical and management techniques conservation practitioners require. Your training will provide you with the mix of academic and practical skills necessary for a diverse range of careers within this field.

  • You will discover how studies in animal behaviour, ecology and physiology help us to understand animals in their natural environment
  • You will get hands-on fieldwork experience including trips nationally as well as locally around the Oxford area.
  • We have great links with regional environmental organisations and local employers which will provide you with exciting work placements and career opportunities
