About the Position The Administrative Specialist plays a critical role supporting the Executive Director and other members of the leadership team in a variety of administrative functions including grants and benefits administration, general bookkeeping, and office management. As Whitebark Institute grows and implements Community and Landscape Resilience programs throughout the region, the Administrative Specialist will facilitate smooth, efficient operations by carefully planning, anticipating needs, and providing responsive, reliable support for the organization. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to communicate clearly with a variety of people and agencies.
