About the role This is an excellent opportunity for high-calibre and motivated scientists to join our growing team for an initial period of 3 months. We are looking for motivated individuals to join the ornithology team to work as bird and marine mammal image analysts and to help with other tasks. Based at APEM’s Stockport Headquarters you will be expected to assist in image processing, data handling, image analysis and project work as required. Many of the images that you will have to interpret are of birds and marine mammals in the marine environment. An interest in wildlife, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to identify Britain’s common birds and / or marine mammals is essential.
