The successful candidate will take ownership of marketing, recruitment, training and supervision of multiple volunteer teams; capitalising on their help to improve the conservation value of our managed estate. This will require knowledge and experience of estate, ecosystem and habitat management as well as maintenance of site and grazing infrastructure. It will also be physically demanding and require focus to ensure that the job is done safely and efficiently.
