We are looking for an exceptional Assistant Retail Manager with great people skills to help lead our staff and volunteer team at RSPB Conwy nature reserve. The RSPB is the UK's largest nature conservation charity and unlike other retail stores, 90% of our profit is spent on nature conservation, public education and advocacy. RSPB Conwy is located on the edge of Snowdonia National Park and attracts around 80,000 visitors a year.
