You'll be pivotal to the future direction of our Fisheries, Biodiversity and Geomorphology team in Lincolnshire and Northamptonshire Area with a focus on biodiversity advice and projects that deliver ecological outcomes. The key area of work is minimising ecological impacts from our own activities and delivering improved river, wetland and coastal habitats. You'll provide technical advice on ecological issues to internal customers focusing on biodiversity outcomes, mitigation and scheme design. You'll also manage a range of exciting projects and support project delivery by external partners. The post is primarily patch based which means you will develop a good knowledge of a specific geography within Lincolnshire and will work in partnership with other teams and organisations to maximis
