We are seeking a motivated individual to help advise and direct the authority on biodiversity matters and nature conservation issues. The applicant will ensure we achieve the targets and ambitions set out in the Environment Priority in Denbighshire County Council’s Corporate Plan 2017 – 2022, Climate and Ecological Emergency Declaration, and comply with our statutory duties under the Environment (Wales) Act, 2016. Applicants must be qualified to degree level in ecology or other related natural science discipline with at least four years’ relevant experience.
