Job description: Responsible for providing confidential administrative and personnel support and guidance under the direction of the HR Officer in all general and routine personnel matters. To administer the Authority’s sickness, maternity and absence systems. To procure and book training for employees. Main Duties
  • 1. To assist with all aspects of recruitment and selection process and the change management programme.
  • 2. To issue new appointees with the appropriate contracts and terms and conditions of service.
  • 3. To provide information to all staff regarding general conditions of employment and advise as appropriate.
  • 4. To maintain the HR filing and archiving system.
