The British Antarctic Survey (BAS) currently has a vacancy for a Project Leader to manage the science programme at the King Edward Point (KEP) applied fisheries laboratory. This role will also involve the development of science projects which fall within the BAS Ecosystems team. We are looking for someone with a PhD in Marine Ecology or equivalent discipline. You will need to have a good understanding of commercial fisheries and the ecological role of fish in the ecosystem. A large part of the role will require managing remote staff so the post holder must be an excellent communicator with a track record of managing small teams.
