The successful candidate will provide administrative support for the Events team and to the be the point of contact for the Society’s Special Interest Groups. Core duties will include but not limited to: Administration of all event bookings, confirmation letters & receipts Answer all general enquiries regarding events Answer planning and logistical events correspondence and provide onsite assistance at events Assist in evaluating and monitoring success of events portfolio, providing and implementing recommendations where appropriate Work with the Fundraising and Development Manager on the development of promotional material for selling at events Provide onsite assistance at events The interviews will also take place in the London office so potential candidates can meet th
