Job description: Plans and directs a consultative program to promote coordination and efficiency in the administration of the division’s financial management systems, fiscal operations and property management systems.  Responsible for division compliance with state laws and polices related to budget, expenditures and procurement.  Makes policy and procedure recommendations to assure division compliance and accountability. Recommends changes to streamline and improve processes.  Responsible for implementing and coordinating agency allocations related to policies and procedures and administering budget/expenditure/procurement activities across the division.
