Position Summary: Develop your field leadership and conservation skills leading a group of motivated young adults on a wide range of natural resource management projects throughout public lands in the state of California and all of the Pacific West region. Field projects range in location from California’s coastal ranges to the Mojave Desert to the Sierra Nevada with an emphasis and focus in forestry and fuels reduction and thinning projects as well as invasive species treatment, trail construction and maintenance, native plant restoration and more.
