Develop your field leadership and conservation skills leading a group of motivated young adults on a wide range of natural resource management projects throughout public lands in the state of California and all of the Pacific West region. Field projects range in location from California’s coastal ranges to the Mojave Desert to the Sierra Nevada and include fuels reduction and thinning, invasive species treatment, trail construction and maintenance, native plant restoration and more.
