CONTEXT OF ROLE The Data Services Team sits within the Supporter Income & Engagement department. The team’s remit is to ensure WWF-UK’s data-driven and supporter-centric approach to fundraising, campaigning and engagement is facilitated by maximising the use of our CRM and associated data systems. The team is at the forefront of the use of data warehousing and systems integration to improve data usability and accessibility across the organisation. The data services team provide centralised services across the organisation. These services include the creation and management of system integrations, data imports, data selections, processing high-income financial claims, configuration of the database, management of data and support in the implementation of new
