Working closely with the Senior Conservation Officer you will help landowners develop land management plans to best benefit wildlife and aid application for Higher Tier Stewardship. To achieve this you will lead the Trusts work in developing tenders for and delivering PA01 and PA02 feasibility studies. In addition you will lead the Trust's work in developing its Natural Flood Management ambitions, sourcing funding for and designing and delivering natural flood solutions for the benefit of wildlife and people. Initially a 21 hours per week, 6 month post, it is hoped that successful development and fundraising under these themes will enable the post to increase to a full time (35 hours per week) longer term contract.
