The Director of Ocean Policy will oversee and manage the New England Aquarium's (NEAq) agenda to influence government policies that protect and restore ocean health. This position will work closely with NEAq leadership, under the Vice President/Chief Scientist of the Anderson Cabot Center for Ocean Life (ACCOL), and in close collaboration with the Vice President of External Relations and Associate Vice President of Public Policy & Advocacy, to define and implement tactical strategies, priorities, and external relationships that support our established ocean conservation strategies and goals. This ocean agenda will nest within a broader institutional public policy and advocacy agenda encompassing all aspects of the NEAq's interests.
