We are seeking motivated individuals to work in the Service Delivery Directorate within the Visitor Business and Economy Unit. You will assist in developing an enjoyable customer experience at the Country Parks across the borough, ensuring that visitors receive excellent customer service at all times. You will provide information, advice and assistance to visitors and assist with education, activities and events for local schools and groups. You must have a good level of education or relevant experience; it would be beneficial if you held an NVQ or similar qualification in a related field.
